Have you reserved your Pops Table for Simply Sinatra, March 18, 2017?

Q: How many people can sit at a table?
A: The round tables sit 8 comfortably but we can fit up to 10 seats if you would like. Email info@mymso.org or call 318-812-6761 if you would like to add seats.

Q: Do my guests at my table need tickets?
A: Yes, they do! Every person must have a ticket for entry into the concert. The ticket can either be a general admission ticket or a student ticket.

Q: Will there be a table cloth provided?
A: Yes, there will be a solid white table cloth already on the table.

Q: What else will be on my table?
A: You are invited to participate in our table decorating contest! Our theme for this concert is “Simply Sinatra”. Some ideas include pictures of Frank Sinatra, cocktail decor, and anything that could be related to Sinatra’s era.

Q: Can we bring our own silverware, plates, and napkins? 
A: Yes. In fact, there will be no silverware, plates, or napkins provided. You must bring your own cups, too, if you choose to bring any non-alcoholic beverages.

Q: Can we drop off our food and then park the car?
A: Yes. You may unload your food at the north side entrance of the Monroe Civic Center Arena. There will be signs to direct you and volunteers to help  bring your food to your table.

Q: What kind of food and drinks can we bring?
A: You may bring any kind of food you wish. Most people bring finger foods and snacks but you are welcome to bring anything. Due to new regulations with the Civic Center, patrons are no longer allowed to bring their own alcoholic beverages. There will be cash bars available with all kinds of spirits, beer, and bottles of wine.
